Prototypes

Prototype #7

Second board out of the new press. Can't wait to test ride these!

- Core made out of pinewood and oak sidewalls, Linen fibers and recycled an old scarf for the top sheet .

Setting up the press for board making .

Prototype #6

This is the first prototype made in the new press. We decided to build a press from scratch because they're pretty expensive. Instead of using the vacuum mold which took about 12h to make a board in, we reduced the time to 35min.

Turned out really nice, we are so excited to continue progress the snowboards!

- 157 cm, directional, classic camber.

- Core made out of pinewood and oak sidewalls, Linen fibers and recycled an old pair of jeans mixed with walnut for the top sheet .

Prototype #5

Same shape on this board as the ones bellow, but we got little bit creative with the top sheet and used an old branch that we found in the woods. This board was also made in the vacuum press.

- 157 cm, directional, classic camber.

- Aspen core and oak topsheet, fiberglass.

Prototype #4

We got pretty stoked on the outcome on this proto. It's an all mountain board, absolute ripper in the pist and powder but fun in the park as well !

- 157 cm, directional, classic camber.

- Aspen core and beechwood/walnut top, fiberglass.

Prototype #3

Starting to actually look like a snowboard and was really fun to ride. This one was also made in the vacuum mold.

- 157 cm, directional, mustache rocker.

- Aspen core and beechwood/walnut top, fiberglass.

Prototype #2

Starting to do some progress but still lot to learn, this prototype was also made in the vacuum mold

- 157 cm, directional, mustache rocker.

- Aspen and birch tree core, fiberglas and carbon fiber stringers .

Prototype #1

This was the first one that we made, can't say we knew much about what we where doing back then but hey it's still a snowboard. This one was made in a vacuum mold.

-157 cm, directional, classic camber.

- Aspen core and Linen fibers.
